Messages from Bosco and Heidi July 2026

Greetings from Uganda!
…well, Bosco is currently in the UK (and struggling with the heat!).

After six years of part time, online study, Bosco has completed his Theology degree at Union School of Theology🤩 Studying for a degree alongside pastoring a young, growing church plant has been no easy task, but we praise the Lord for the completion of his studies. We are now prepared for the government to announce that all Pastors must hold a degree in Theology (which is the case in neighbouring Rwanda). Bosco has enjoyed his studies, and they have helped to further equip him for ministry here in Uganda.

Bosco arrived in the UK on Monday, and has already attended a Parliamentary Prayer Breakfast (!), been to the funeral of Heidi’s Aunty in Hull, had a majorly delayed train journey from Hull to Cardiff, and has caught up with some family members!

Bosco would love to see as many of you as possible… but as he does not have his own transport, you would have to go to him! Here are some of his comings and goings over the next few weeks…

Please note the dates, below have been truncated to the still relevant. This message was initially received earlier in July, and some of the earlier dates have gone by. Sorry (Mission Team).

Sunday 26th July: Philip Street Chapel, Bristol
Monday 27th - Friday 31st July: UFM Summer Conference, High Leigh, Hertfordshire
Sunday 2nd August: Three Bridges Free Church, Crawley
Monday 3rd August: Fly back to Uganda, arriving the following day.

We are all planning to be in the UK from June-September 2027, so hope to be able to see many more of you then!

Please pray for Bosco as he travels around, preaching and sharing about our church planting ministry in Uganda along the way.
Please pray too for Heidi and the children, who are all missing Bosco very much!
