Messages from Bosco and Heidi September 2025

Greetings from Uganda!
Here are a few pictures to show what is happening here in Uganda with our family and ministry…
Today we had our Women in the Word conference at Ssenge Baptist Church facilitated by Living Word Uganda. We were taught from the book of James, and also had some interactive sessions on Bible handling skills. Several men in the church served the ladies by preparing a delicious breakfast and lunch!

Over the course of a few weeks we are running membership classes for those who are considering becoming members of SBC. On the 28th of September we will be having several baptisms, along with others being welcomed into church membership. Praise the Lord that he is growing a body of his people here at Ssenge!

Pray for our Sunday School! We regularly have around 80 children, most of whom come to church without parents. Due to the lack of suitable space and enough teachers, we have one Sunday School class, from ages approximately 3-11. This is not ideal! Pray for wisdom as to how we can best teach and serve the children entrusted to our care.

Please pray for our day tomorrow. Bosco will be preaching from Luke 15:11-19: The Journey to Salvation. We have just finished sermons on Micah, and will be starting Galatians in October.
Thank you for your continued interest in and prayers for our family and church planting ministry. Pray for us to remain focused on what the Lord is doing here in Ssenge. What a joy it is to be part of this ministry!
