Courses about the Christian Faith

A number of Courses are being offered this Lent. They are being led by different people, at different times, on different days. Topics include: getting more from reading the Bible, helping us share our faith with others, and marriage enrichment. Developed over 10 years, Christianity Explored is an informal course for people who'd like to investigate Christianity, or just brush up on the basics. It explores who Jesus was, what his aims were, and what it means to follow him. You won't be asked to pray, sing or read aloud, and you can ask any questions you like. Or, if you prefer, you can just come along and listen.

This ten-week course is a great opportunity for some more in-depth study of the Bible, helping us to know our God better and to love Him more! Using material from The Open Bible Institute , this course runs two or three times each year.

Growing Leaders

A small group of church members are currently involved in the latest of these courses. Over a year, its unique mix of teaching, mentoring and practical application focuses on leadership rooted in Christ, a deepening commitment to long-term service, and essential skills for the task. This course is run by Rev Dr Adrian Youings.
